These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and taka67bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with taka67bd, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, VIP program membership, and use of the customer support service.

Any real money balance held in duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture at the discretion of taka67bd. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taka67bd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. taka67bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. taka67bd reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspension of account access, freezing of balances, and permanent closure — where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected. In serious cases involving fraud or money laundering, taka67bd will cooperate fully with Bangladeshi law enforcement authorities and may share relevant account information as required by law.

Technical Malfunctions

Sportsbook & Live Betting Rules

All sports betting markets, including live in-play markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are subject to the taka67bd Sportsbook Rules, which form an extension of these Terms. Key principles include: bets placed after an event has concluded are void; live in-play odds are provided in real time and accepted bets are binding at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance; taka67bd reserves the right to limit stakes on any market without prior notice.

Bet Settlement

All settled bets are final once the relevant event result has been confirmed by the official governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL board, FIFA). taka67bd will use the official result to settle all relevant markets. In the case of a disputed or overturned result, taka67bd will re-settle the affected markets in accordance with the final official ruling. Winnings on re-settled markets will be credited or debited accordingly, and players have no right of objection to re-settlement where it follows an official result correction.

taka67bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where account closure is required to comply with a legal obligation. In all cases of administrative closure, taka67bd will endeavour to provide the affected player with a written explanation within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the taka67bd support team at support@taka67bd. Before closing your account, any verified real money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion via the taka67bd account dashboard or by contacting the support team directly. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. taka67bd will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account. After a further 3 months of inactivity following notification, taka67bd reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 against the remaining balance. Any balance that reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees will result in account closure.
